How to Choose the Right Size

Be sure to consider the size of your entire storage space (length, height, width, and door size).  Following are some things to consider:

  • Remember that many household items come in a variety sizes.  The examples given for each unit size should be used as a guideline, not an absolute.
  • Items like sofas, chairs, or dressers may have to be turned on their side in order to maximize your storage unit space.  Stacking your items to the ceiling will make better use of your storage space.
  • Adding shelves to your unit can help you maximize the height of your unit and store more items in an organized manner.
